HOW FAST DOES MY ORDER SHIP?

We know everyone hates waiting, and a lot of our items are ordered for special events, therefore we pride ourselves on getting your items to you as soon as possible. We ship all orders the same day, or latest within one business day. All orders are received within 2-5 business days anywhere within the USA.

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, and Lady-Roselle gift cards.

 WHY WAS MY CREDIT CARD DECLINED?

Most credit cards are declined because the billing address you entered does not match the address your bank has on file. Please be sure to double check this, and if that does not work, please send us an email at

.WHY WAS MY CREDIT CARD CHARGED MULTIPLE TIMES?

Unless you received an order confirmation, we did not charge your card. If your credit card was declined, you may see pending transactions for each attempt to submit payment. The pending transaction will clear up within three to five business days, depending on your bank, and will never turn into a charge. You will always get an email confirmation when an order is successfully placed on our site. Please check your billing address before submitting the order again.

 YOU ADVERTISE 15% OFF THE FIRST PURCHASE. HOW DO I TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THIS PROMOTION?

Please create an account in the upper right corner of the page, and we will send you a promotion code immediately. Apply this at checkout to receive the 15% off your total first purchase. Creating an account will also sign you up for our newsletter, and you will receive emails with information on new arrivals, andexclusive promo codes and sales.

DO YOU HAVE SALES?

We do occasionally have sales in order to bring new styles into the inventory. Sales are announced through our newsletter and social media, so make sure you sign up with your email address in order to stay informed on all the great specials, and follow us on Instagram, Faceboook, and Twitter. Most of our sales are anounced through Instagram.

When you sign up for our newsletter you will also find out about our monthly sample sales. The available inventory is in very limited quantities, so the sales are very exclusive and by email invite only.

CAN I APPLY A PROMOTIONAL CODE AFTER A PURCHASE?

At this time we regret not being able to retroactively apply promotion codes to any orders.
