At Atlaspapery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we offer returns subject to the conditions below:
1. Eligibility for Returns:
We accept returns on items that are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. The item must be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be in new, resellable condition.
The item must not be damaged, altered, or washed.
The item must be returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
Please note that items marked as final sale or clearance cannot be returned.
2. How to Return an Item:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email us at service@atlaspapery.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and instructions on how to send the item back.
Pack and Ship: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging and include the RMA number on the return label.
Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or we make an error with your order.
Please ensure that the return package is properly sealed and tracked to avoid any issues. Atlaspapery is not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake made by Atlaspapery.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the item you want.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at service@atlaspapery.com with photos of the defect or damage. We will provide you with a return label at no charge for the return of the defective product, and we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.
